"We strive for success to accomplish the best"

My name is Nikki Martin and I reside in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Animals have always been my passion, my mother and God mother "Tina" showed horses and German Shepherds as young adults.  I started showing dogs when I was 8 years old.  Obedience was my first interest, I worked with an English Springer Spaniel and went on to put my first CD on a dog.  My first conformation dogs were Australian Shepherds.  I enjoyed the breed more than ever until my Red-Tri bitch, whom I put a five point major on by going BOW at a specialty (I was 11 years old at that time), had to be put down a year later at the young age of 4 years, due to severe epilepsy.  Long story short I quickly got out of the breed and showing dogs all together, until about four years later when I was ready to get back into showing dogs.  I went to a show looking at pups and that's when I met Miss Darlene Bosch and Mrs. Pat Stroud. They brought us out to take a look at some Kees pups, which I hadn't ever heard of such a breed until then. All I can say is from there on I fell in love and it's been that way ever since. I love the breed, they have incredible personalities, make great companions and love to please you.  I'm lucky to have met two wonderful mentors that have helped me get where I am today in this breed.  My first Kees is Am. Ch. Karolina Bonnyval Made' N The USA.  "Keno".  I'm blessed to have started out with such an extraordinary show Keeshond.  He finished at the Keeshond Fanciers Of The Central States, going BOW for a five point major.  He is a multiple group winner and group placer, he received first Award of Merit his first time at The Westminster dog show.  He's had several Award of Merits at Specialties and is well on his way to achieving his Hall Of Fame title.  I now have a bitch I kept from his first litter, who is an absolutely beautiful Keeshond bitch. She is Am. Ch. Tri-Bears Annie Get Your Gun. "Annie".  She is going to be my foundation bitch. She is only 1 year and 6 months old and her first major was five points at a Kees supported entry and finished her Championship by going BOW for a five point major at the Capitol Keeshond Club Of America, finishing just like her father did.  Watch for her offspring coming soon, as well as "Keno's".
